Bahi provides commercial brokerage and manufacturing partnership facilitation between European companies and Egyptian manufacturers. Our services include:

• Commercial Brokerage: Connecting European brands with Egyptian manufacturers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing agreement execution.
• Logistics Services: Coordinating shipping, customs documentation, and supply chain management.
• Production Management: Overseeing manufacturing operations, quality control, and factory relationship management.
• Manufacturing Relocation Consulting: Advising on relocating or expanding manufacturing operations to {country_en}.

All services are subject to separate agreements outlining scope, timelines, and delivery terms. These general terms complement and do not replace any specific service agreement.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to: designs, technical specifications, customer lists, marketing strategies, and any other unpublished business information.

Confidential information does not include: information that is publicly available, information that was known to us prior to your disclosure, information independently developed by us, or information we are required to disclose by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

AB2 International Ltd. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We act as a broker and facilitator between European companies and Egyptian manufacturers. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and reliability of all parties we work with, we are not directly responsible for the quality of finished products or delays caused by third parties beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AB2 International Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any law or third-party right.
• Your use of our services.
• Any information you provide to us.

9. Termination

AB2 International Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability provisions) shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

For commercial disputes, we may also consider alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, changes in law, government action, power outages, or internet failure.

The affected party shall notify the other party in writing immediately upon the occurrence of any force majeure event. The affected party's obligations shall be suspended during the event.

13. Third-Party Manufacturing Partners

Bahi acts as a broker between you and third-party manufacturers and suppliers in {country_en}. While we thoroughly vet all our partners, we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or delivery of any third party.

Any contracts or agreements you enter into with third-party manufacturing partners are directly between you and them, except as otherwise provided in a specific service agreement.

We act as a communication channel and facilitator, but we are not a party to the direct manufacturing relationship between you and the external supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AB2 International Ltd. regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements between us.

Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AB2 International Ltd..
